The Vaults, also known as the Black Lion Vaults, are the personal vaults of the Black Lion Trading Company.

The area exhibits items sold in the 
Gem Store. In order from the entrance, the rooms contain:

- Previously, some Black Lion Gem Store items could be seen stored in the very back of the vaults, namely (from left):

- Elemental Sword
- Exalted Glider
- Defiant Glass Longbow (on the floor)
- Defiant Glass Sword
- Defiant Glass Greatsword
- Defiant Glass Axe (lying on a crate above the greatsword)
- Defiant Glass Staff

- Defiant Glass Rifle
- The back rooms were sealed with the May 26, 2020 game update, and replaced by a Weapons Display Console.
- The entrance and lobby were renovated with the November 19, 2024 game update in preparation for the Evon Gnashblade's "Birthday" Celebration special event.[1]
- New displays showcasing mounts, outfits, and other items.
- Several new NPCs to enhance the quality of life: Black Lion Agent [Gem Store], Black Lion Chest Merchant, Black Lion Exchange Specialist, and Black Lion Trader [Trading Post].
- The previously locked back rooms were re-opened with the November 18, 2025 game update for the Gnashbash "Birthday" Celebration, featuring new NPCs and rotating Gem Store item previews.
