The Bilge is the sewer system in Old Lion's Arch. It has various grates which are broken and can be explored. There are at least three levels of the sewers, but only two are accessible. The Bilge also contains the Lost Grotto, acting as one of two entrances to it. It was removed with the rebuilding of Lion's Arch.

• This was an area during the Beta Weekend Event but its name on the map has since been removed.
