Sandstorm! is a meta event that takes place in Dry Top and involves completing events to help the Zephyrites during the sandstorm. Certain champions will spawn depending on the Tier of Favor of the Zephyrites reached by the end of the prior Crash Site meta. Buried Locked Chests are also revealed and can be looted. After the sandstorm passes, the Crash Site meta event begins again.

Objectives

• The sandstorm has uncovered buried locked chests. Purchase and use Zephyrite lockpicks to open them.
• Favor of the Zephyrites (Tier x)
• Merchants have new items available!
• The sandstorm will dissipate in: 20:00

Event schedule

The event occurs at xx:40 of every hour, starting immediately after Crash Site, and lasts for 20 minutes. A new cycle will begin at the start of the next hour and Favor of the Zephyrites is reset.

Notes

• Each event rewards two Geodes plus two per level of the Favor of the Zephyrites and Piles of Silky Sand.
• Uncompleted events from the previous Crash Site meta event may linger during this meta event, but they will still offer the rewards of Crash Site.

Bug:

Sometimes the xx:56:30 [Group Event] Defeat the giant beetle (80) event doesn't start, despite Favor of the Zephyrites being at least Tier 5.
