Sand Savage is a rare and powerful Devourer that appears in Prospect Valley. As one of the five Dry Top rare bosses, it is part of their five hour cycle. The five bosses spawn one at a time in a set, repeating the rotation of Sol Eater, Sand Savage, Bloodscale, Grit, and Dune Soarer. It appears only once every five hours during that hour's sandstorm.
