Slay the rare creature is a level 80 group event that occurs in Prospect Valley during the hourly Sandstorm! meta event in Dry Top, once every 5 hours in a rotation with 4 other rare creature events. The event appears 5 minutes after the sandstorm begins (ie. 45 after the hour) and Grit must be killed within 15 minutes or it will escape when the sandstorm subsides. During the fight, Grit will spawn dust minions and gain Sandstone Armor, granting invulnerability until they are destroyed.
