“Deals damage every second; decreases healing effectiveness by 33%; damage stacks intensity.
— In-game description
Poisoned is a condition that inflicts damage over time and stacks intensity, however the heal potency decrease is unaffected by the number of stacks on a foe. Characters suffering from poison appear green tinted. Damage is determined by the following formula:
(0.06 * Condition Damage) + (0.375 * Level) + 3.5damage per stack per second,(0.06 * Condition Damage) + 33.5damage per stack per second at level 80.
