- Purchase Dragon Mastery Crystal 2 from Tactician Erlandson (Deldrimor Dwarves tab) in Eye of the North to unlock training of this mastery.
- Training this mastery allows purchase of items from Tyrn Ironmaw.
- Adds the following effects:
