Heart of Thorns mastery tracks

The following mastery tracks are unlocked by completing goals in the Heart of Thorns expansion. A total of 58,674,000 experience and 144 mastery points are required to unlock all of the Heart of Thorns masteries. All tracks require the Torn from the Sky story chapter to be completed before any additional unlock requirements.

Gliding

Gliding (the mastery track) is unlocked after completing the Torn from the Sky story chapter.

Lean Techniques	1,778,000	3	Learn the gliding technique of leaning forward to increase your gliding speed and leaning back to brake midair at the cost of endurance. Your improved technique also increases your total endurance pool when gliding.
Stealth Gliding	2,540,000	5	Learn to glide silently and undetected through the air for short periods by dodging while gliding.
Advanced Gliding	3,302,000	8	Learn to glide with such efficiency that you no longer use endurance to stay up in the air, only to perform lean techniques.
Ley Line Gliding	4,318,000	12

Exalted Lore is unlocked after both completing Torn from the Sky and then entering Auric Basin through the entrance at Tarnished Treetop (specifically in this order).

Unlocked after completing any encounter of either Forsaken Thicket or Bastion of the Penitent raids.^[1] (This includes killing bosses or completing events, but Spirit Woods and Twisted Castle will not unlock the track.)

Forsaken Thicket Waters	1,524,000	3	The waters in Forsaken Thicket are known to have cleansing properties that can cure various afflictions. Those who possess this Mastery can wash away their ailments and afflictions when the opportunity presents itself.

Ancient Magics

Ancient Magics is unlocked after entering Bloodstone Fen during the story of Out of the Shadows, or after entering Ember Bay during the story of Rising Flames.

Thermal Propulsion	508,000	3	When the dwarves took on Primordus, they learned much about traveling through Tyria's heated core. Learn this Mastery to travel long distances as the dwarves did.

Spectral Aid	508,000	3	Ancient magics still linger in the world of Tyria, and those especially attuned to them can sometimes call on them in times of great need. Learn this mastery to unlock an extra skill for use while downed.
Oakheart's Reach	508,000	7
Siren of Orr	508,000	7	Ancient chords of long-forgotten lamentations still echo in Orr. Those who have learned to listen for them are able to use dirges of power, making manifest abilities once lost to the pages of history.
