The Cathedral of Eternal Radiance is the primary temple to Lyssa in Orr. It is circular in shape and is suspended over a body of water, Mirror Bay. The most faithful followers of Lyssa in Orr were buried here, in the ossuary within Blighted Arch. The temple has three seals on their own platform connected to the temple proper.
Besides being a place of worship of the twin goddess, the most loyal followers of Lyssa would be interred here. As part of the funerary rites, the mourners of the deceased would go through a three part ritual. During the first stage, they were encouraged to release the pain and rage they felt over their loss. The second stage, a largely ceremonial aspect that was observed by both rich and poor, was to offer valuable gifts to the priests to persuade them to resurrect the dead, though the gifts were always rejected. The third stage encouraged the family and loved ones to mourn for their loss and pray to Lyssa for relief, and to watch over the deceased in the Mists. Finally, the body would be taken to the cathedral's crypt.

- Although the Song of Lyss, Spark of Ilya, and Seal of Union are a part of the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance structure, and can only be accessed from it, the seals and their respective events are technically located in neighboring areas.
