Spark of Ilya is one of the stations found in the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance.
Getting there
Enter the Cathedral of Eternal Radiance from the southwestern ramp (next to Wren Waypoint), and circle the edge of the Cathedral to get to the Point of Interest.
