Dynamic events

A horrible creature has been stalking troops along the road to Karst Plains.
- Defend the engineers while they rebuild the trebuchets (79)
Assistance requested escorting troops across the Karst Plains.
- Escort troops to Follower's Bridge (78)
Assistance is requested at the final camp. Troops cannot advance.
- Kill the Risen attackers to break the siege at Bayt Ibadah (79)
