Acquisition
- Mailed to players during World vs. World Rush and Player vs. Player Rush.
Notes
- Does not work if already in Lion's Arch or if dead.
- The scroll will not work but it will be consumed without transporting the character in Lion's Arch for Free To Play players with level less than 35.
