• Cannot be used while already in Lion's Arch, in the Heart of the Mists, or while defeated.
  • If used while defeated, it is still consumed.
• When used by a character below level 35 on a Free account will display the message "Your teleport could not be completed due to level restrictions on your destination." and consume the item.
• When used by a character that has not been in Lion's Arch yet, the teleport will end up in Lion's Arch Traders Forum at the Northern Gate playing the Lion's Arch intro video.
