Route via Sand Portals starting from the ground and ascending higher on floating sand paths.
Night Lights is a Desert Highlands achievement for finding the best spot to view the sky at night.

Walkthrough
- Primary article: Desert Highlands Insight: Above the Flats#Getting there
Make your way to the 
Desert Highlands Insight: Above the Flats mastery point high above the Salt Flats. Jackal with tier 3 mastery Shifting Sands is required to use the Sand Portals that lead to the platform. Alternatively, it's possible to access the area from 
Altar of Dakhma — by using a Griffon.
At the top, there is a small platform pointing west. Walk onto the platform at night and look up to get the achievement.
