Notes

• While the Glacial Heart effect cannot critically hit, skill that activated it can.
• This will activate even on downed targets regardless of the type of crowd-control.
• A blocked disable will not trigger Glacial Heart, but an unblockable disable will, because Glacial Heart is also unblockable.
  • Unblockable Guardian disables include:
    •   Line of Warding
    •   Pull (pull effect from   Binding Blade)
    •   Ring of Warding
    •   Sanctuary
    •   Hunter's Verdict (pull effect from   Spear of Justice)
    •   Deflecting Shot

September 09, 2014	The cooldown of this trait has been reduced to 15 seconds. Chill duration has been reduced from 4 to 3 seconds.
October 15, 2013	This trait now delivers an area strike on the target it activates on, damaging and chilling up to five enemies in a 180 radius.
