• Complete the event Defeat the Svanir hunters before they kill all the owls around Owl's Abattoir in Snowden Drifts.

Anomaly:

It may not drop during the Defeat the Svanir hunters before they kill all the owls event, but after completion of the Protect the owl spirits from Jormag's minions event, or Protect the Owl shaman while she banishes the Dragon totem you should get it.

Notes

• Can also be earned by completing the event Protect the owl spirits from Jormag's minions for a second time after having already collected the Friend of the Owls, or completing the event Protect the Owl shaman while she banishes the Dragon totem.
