Notes
- Requires completion of End of Dragons: Empty to train.
- Gives access to the PvP Arborstone Arena, by talking to Arena Coordinator [Activity: Gladiator].
- Adds several NPCs to the Kestrel Archives and library books to its shelves. Balam Ri appears and gives access to the latter part of the Lost Lore achievement.
- Adds a number of banners, candles, rugs, paintings, and other decorations all around Arborstone.
- The lounge area between Quartermaster's Row and the Kestrel Archives archives is renovated with new furniture, decorations, a fireplace, NPCs, and a poet.
