Notes
- Reduces the number of Ethereal Key Charges required to open small, medium and large obscured chests:
- Small obscured chests require 2 charges, down from 3.
- Medium obscured chests require 4 charges, down from 6.
- Large obscured chests require 10 charges, down from 15.
- Buying a Local Writ of Renown with a Shipwreck Strand Renown Token, Starlit Weald Renown Token, or Eternity's Garden Renown Token will grant 25% renown heart progress, up from 20%.
