Champion of the Council was an effect acquired by speaking to the Lion's Arch Emissary in The Crown Pavilion.
Notes
- Incoming Condition Duration actually seemed to be increased by 100%, rather than reduced like the description stated.
- This effect was used to complete the Champion of the Council achievement for the Queen Jennah's Jubilee achievement category.
