Primary article: Vexa's Lab#Walkthrough

• Use the Capacitive Bottle, applying the Primed Bottle effect. Once in the final room of Vexa's Lab, get hit by one of the turrets that spawn during the Defeat Vexa and her golem event.
• You can also get hit by the energy attack of the large turret in the center of the room after defeating KiLL-BOT900.

Only the energy attack counts towards the achievement, then knock back doesn't.

Notes

• Can safely be destroyed after acquisition.
