— In-game description

Acquisition

• Use the Capacitive Bottle, applying the Primed Bottle effect. Complete the related event inside the Old Oola Lab, and once the lab closes, get hit by one of the turrets' Necrotic Energy attacks.
  • Alternatively, use a Springer or Skyscale and simply hop up to the small ledge south of Oola's Lab from the outside (there is a small Chest sitting on the ledge) and stroll inside to get hit by one of the turrets.
  • The OOL-141m can also hit you with Necrotic Energy while doing the events.
• An alternate place you can get hit by the turrets is in the Infinity Coil Reactor while fighting the Champion Mark II Golem during the Defeat the champion (Champion Mark II Golem) event.

Notes

• Can safely be destroyed after acquisition.
• The Energy Crystal required to gain access to the lab can either be bought directly off of the Trading Post, or acquired randomly through killing foes within the map.
