Mechanics

Revive and finisher
  • Players can be revived from downed state only, most NPCs can be revived from defeat.
  • Because the banner has a short travel time when it falls from the air after cast completion, it can also revive the caster if timed perfectly.
  • The revive technically heals players for 100% of their total down state health and 100% of their normal health.
    • Through debuffs (such as Poisoned and/or Agony), the banner's revival capabilities can be negated to the point that the affected player will not revive at all, and only regain a portion of their downed health.
    • This is a common issue in fractals, as higher level fractals can cause players to have multiple stacks of agony, thus nullifying the effects completely.
  • The banner doesn't finish foes if they are invisible.
Boons
  • The first application happens when the banner is summoned.
  • The banner will then reapply the boons every 3 seconds for its duration.
  • This means a total of 6 applications, for a total of 36 seconds of Fury.png Fury and 72 seconds of Swiftness.png Swiftness. 12 stacks of Might.png Might will be applied, with varying total stacks over the duration.
