An Arcane Torch is found beside the Speakers Shrine in the center of the Speakers headquarters in Warden's Folly while completing the achievement Jade Shadow.

- This magical torch appears to burn with an unquenchable fire. It would certainly destroy the Jade Brotherhood supply cache, and the method would suggest the Speakers were responsible.
