Getting there

Starting from  Wanderer's Waypoint — , head south and use the bouncing mushroom to get up to the Exalted teleporter area. From here, you can see the strongbox glowing in the distance to the east so simply glide to it. If you cannot see it, it should be directly over the ramp icon on the mini map.
