Otter's Blessing Enrichment is a cosmetic enrichment that provides +20% Magic Find and a visual effect when equipped, a random animation of a ghostly otter companion.
Acquisition
- Extracted from the Ancient Norn Cape Pin rewarded by completing the Significant Otter achievement. Using an Infusion Extraction Device will leave the amulet intact, while an Ascended Salvage Tool will destroy the amulet in the process.
Sold by
- Additional copies of this item are available for purchase once the Significant Otter achievement has been completed.
- Note: Only unconsumed Memory of Otter can be traded to vendors.

- When placed on an amulet, the wearer gains a ghostly otter companion, visible to other players that silently swims in the air around them for brief periods of time before disappearing. The ghostly otter resembles Otter of the Spirits of the Wild.
- The otter has five different animations, visible to other players, which occur randomly at arbitrary intervals. For example, an animation can occur three times in a row, and then remain hidden for over three minutes.
- The ghostly otter appears around the player and will always stick to them, even if the character is moving at full speed on a Roller Beetle. Like all other cosmetic infusions, the effect still occurs when mounted or transformed, such as by Endless Kodan Tonic or Photon Forge.
- A random animation can be triggered manually by consuming a Memory of Otter. Equipping the amulet often triggers one specific animation, but never any of the other four.
