Celestial Infusion (Blue) is a type of cosmetic infusion that can be obtained as a rare drop from Fractal Master's Chest and from completing Shattered Observatory Fractal at Tier 4. The infusion obtained from those sources will have its stat bonus randomized, with any stat bonus except Concentration and Expertise.
