Zephyrite Kite Guides are Zephyrites found in Labyrinthine Cliffs during Launch kite baskets full of water balloons.

What's involved?
- Bring wind crystal charges to me or other kite guides to launch full kite baskets. To fill kite baskets, swim with empty balloons, then load those water balloons into the kite baskets.
