These Weapon Crates were originally a shipment intended to arm the quaggans of Sanguine Bay. One of the local pirate crews sank the ship carrying the crates, and now they lay scattered on the seabed.

• An Orrian Fish will often appear nearby after approaching a crate.
• You may pass the weapon along to a quaggan guard to upgrade his attack (provides the  Well-Armed effect for four minutes).
• The weapon inside uses the Legionnaire Spear skin.
