Use siege weapons or powder kegs to destroy the toxic offshoot is a level 80 group event that can take place in Mercenary camps and Resource camps throughout World versus World. The Toxic Offshoot is a towering toxic plant that periodically afflicts players in a point-blank area of effect with Toxic Pollen for 10 seconds.
