Toxic Offshoots are plants growing from spores released by the Tower of Nightmares before it fell. If they are not destroyed within a certain timeframe, they germinate and spread poisonous pollen that makes those inhaling it hallucinate - once destroyed, they will always spawn a Toxic Seedling with a guaranteed chance at getting at least 1 Pristine Toxic Spore Sample.

Notes

• Each event dedicated to taking down the Offshoot either provides bundles that do Siege Damage or NPCs that are capable of dealing it themselves. With the proper masteries, they are also vulnerable to Siege Turtle and Skyscale attacks.
• The Offshoot can be damaged by a skyscale's   Fireball.
  • This is not necessarily related to the siege damage type, as it does not progress the related Wizard's Vault objectives.

• The Toxic Offshoot events are some of the few Living World Season 1 open world events still active.
