Stun — Vulnerable while broken.  Occurs when defiance is broken.

•  Stronger Together - Grows stronger when allies who also have this enhancement are nearby.
•  Lethal Inspiration (when near The Enforcer) - Adds life stealing to attacks, and converts conditions to boons every 10 seconds.
