The Dragontooth Defense is a raised cliffside on the southern edge of Arah that houses the Draconic Battery, a series of anti-air turrets, and is defended by the legendary Mouth of Zhaitan. It is only accessible during story mode of The Ruined City of Arah dungeon, and must be captured so that the Pact can continue their assault. There is a land passage southward, where the Mouth of Zhaitan comes from, but where it leads is unknown, though Pact forces move through it after the Mouth's defeat.
