Parameters
- 1 (unnamed parameter)
- Optional. Note about what needs to be verified.
- talk
- Optional. Which talk page to use — appropriate if used in a template and seeking verification in a single place.
Notes
- Using this templates adds the page to Category:Pages with verification requests.
