Usage

Creates a table of Improvements for a WvW objective. If the parameter is left empty it will list all improvements.

Tier	Tactic	Availability	Description
(Hold for 10min)	Sabotage Depot	All objectives
	Hardened Gates	Towers, Keeps, Castle
(Hold for 15min)	Iron Guards	Towers, Keeps, Castle
	Hardened Siege	Towers, Keeps, Castle
(Hold for 20min)	Auto Turrets	Towers, Keeps, Castle	Automatic turrets deployed above the objective's gates.
	Watchtower	Towers	A spy balloon is deployed above the tower, which will mark nearby enemies on the map.
