Description
Provides the standard header row for the tables in Gem Store. Rows in the table should use {{gem store table row}}.

Parameters
- section
- Required. The name of the section (tab) the gem store item is located in.
- page
- Required. The title of the page that the template is being edited on. Prevents transcluded versions of the page storing a ridiculous number of subobjects.
- root
- Optional. The root page name of the vendor, the options are: "Gem Store", "Gem Store/historical". Defaults to "Gem Store".
- historical
- Optional. y the items in the table are historical. Defaults to n. This property is primarily for filtering out items in queries.
