Usage
This template produces an icon and link to combo for the finisher.

Parameters
- 1 (unnamed parameter)
- Finisher type. Should be one of these: Blast, Leap, Projectile, Whirl.
- 2 (unnamed parameter)
- Optional. y if chance to trigger. Only applies to projectile.
