Tarrktun is an Ectoplasm merchant who accepts Globs of Ectoplasm and coin in exchange for Destabilized Ectoplasm, a container item that produces random amounts of Globs of Ectoplasm and valuable junk items when consumed.
Getting there
Tarrktun is southeast of Tunnels Waypoint and northwest of the renown heart NPC Twitchok.

Materials? What for?
- A research breakthrough! By harmonizing ectoplasm just right, you destabilize it, and it can grow and split into more ectoplasm. Sometimes you're left with some discharged plasma, which can be valuable. I know I can harness this for something, but I need more test results. If you find some ectoplasm, bring it to me or my apprentice, Mekteki, in Lion's Arch to help fund my research. I promise, it's not dangerous!
