Five Symbol Discs can be found during the second phase of the puzzle section of Facing the Truth. The player is tasked with obtaining them from the handmaidens of Kormir nearby and slotting them into the corresponding Disc Hollow. The hollows will glow while their corresponding discs are held by the player.
