Acquisition
- Look for a glittering effect on the sea floor.
- There are multiple random locations where this can be found in/around the Vesper Bell Waypoint in Straits of Devastation
- A starfish can be found outside the cave entrance where The Long Way Around can be completed, making this the easiest way to find one.
- Picking up starfish in areas near the Strait of Sacrilege, such as Shark's Teeth Archipelago, gives this as well.

- This item does not enter your inventory because it is a bundle item. It is added directly to the collection.
