Acquisition

• During the night, use the Celestial Cartographer's Gear while standing at the base of a pillar with a statue on top in the northwest part of the Ossan Quarter of Divinity's Reach. Standing on top of the statue will not work.
  • Standing in the park area of Ossan Quarter also works, but you have to be at ground level.

Notes

• Used in the creation of Human Constellation Chapter.
