Notes

• The oil slick last for 25 seconds.
• Only up to six oil slick can exist at the same time
• Cannot be used while moving.
• If the area of effect overlaps an open flame, the oil will ignite.
  • This can be used to detonate a pile of Cannonballs, by spilling a trail of oil between the two.
