The damage and effects of this attack occur when a player is unable to get in a green circle that meets the required minimum number of people for the circle. The attack will cause 
Float, a large amount of damage, and add 25 stacks of 
Unseen Burden. Standing in a green circle with the required number of players will remove 25 stacks of Unseen Burden. The required minimum number of players for a green circle is denoted by the number of orbs floating above it, ranging from one to four.
