- Obtain two since this item is required for two separate recipes.
- Shaman's Rookery has a large number of Skelk in a relatively small area.
- Many Shadow Skelk inside the Loreclaw Expanse jumping puzzle, in and below the ruins containing the false chest.
- Find both skelk and tuna for Oily Fish Meat in Merchantman's Strait in Bloodtide Coast.
