Simin was the high priestess of Dwayna of Arah before the Cataclysm. After the rising of Orr she now serves Zhaitan as a corrupted aspect of her former goddess. She can be encountered when following Randall Greyston in his explorable path of the Ruined City of Arah.

- Simin uses the same model as the Risen Priestess of Dwayna, but wields a Pirate Cutlass and her head is on fire due to the excess power she obtains from carrying a bloodstone shard on her left hand.
