The Seraph Headquarters is an instance within the Royal Palace. It is the main base of operations for the Seraph in Divinity's Reach and acts as Captain Logan Thackeray's office, though he is rarely in there. Lieutenant Groban appears to run the office in Logan's stead. The Seraph Headquarters contains a roster of all active Seraph members. Its basement contains a five cell prison.
