Notes
- Allows players to purchase additional items from Grandmaster Craftsman Hobbs.
- Allows players to purchase Mystic Runestones from Miyani and other Mystic Forge attendants.
- Grants access to the precursor collections for second generation legendary weapons.
- This is also needed in order to craft third generation legendary weapons, Klobjarne Geirr and Orrax Manifested due to the Mystic Runestone requirement.
