Scan the area to find a location of seismic interest.

— In-game description

Scan is a special action skill used during the Landfall story step. When used within the relevant areas, it will emit a colored pulse in the direction of the seismic interest, where red indicates the target is very far away, yellow for nearby, and green for very close.

Notes

Bug:

While this skill is active, it prevents the player from picking up Throw Ember Charge and Dragonsblood Spears from stockpiles.

Trivia

• When used outside of the relevant areas the following text will show up in the center of the screen as well as in the chat panel: Areas of seismic interest marked. Move closer to activate fine-grained direction.
