Alder, Lahar, and I were sitting on the beach bones when a rumble sounded over the bay. Our hunting trip was halted—with a sound like that I half-expected to see the sky open up above us. But, nothing happened. Whatever it was, must've been further north.
Storm rolled in pretty fast after, so we headed back to the den. Patient Willow told Lahar that they heard the same thing from all the way across the bay.
