Rom is an asura who can be found in the The Upper City, just south of the Palace Waypoint.

What kind of work do you do?
- I'm in charge of the asura gates throughout Kryta. By having strict guidelines for aetheric resonance principles, we've been able to make gate travel faster, cheaper, and safer than ever before.

- Are there many asura in Divinity's Reach?
- We have a few talented scientists and merchants in residence, but even they mostly hail from labs around Rata Sum. Of course, the commute isn't bad.
