The Retrofitted Xunlai Teleporter can be found to the north-east of Fort Aspenwood. During the Fort Aspenwood event chain, it is used as an escape route by the evacuating Jade Brotherhood, then as an arrival point by Kestrel Aoi, Siege Turtle Leader, and the Siege Turtle Riders.
